Had a great experience with this hotel! The staff at the front desk were very nice and personable. Rooms were clean as well. I believe this was a great location. While it’s not surrounded with things to do, it is centrally located. Only a few minutes drive away from the commuter rails and major interstates, with some dining options close by. It took us less than 15 minutes to drive into Boston, and 25 minutes to the NH border. Check in and out were seamless. The doors are very loud so we were able to hear every door slamming in the hallway but I don’t feel this was a major issue.

I needed a hotel that was close to old family friends. I'm happy I chose this one. It was clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly the breakfast was decent. The only thing I wish it had a handheld shower head. Other than that everything was perfect

I chose this hotel for its proximity to a conference, and overall, my experience was moderate. While the front desk lacked warmth, and the breakfast didn't align with my preferences, the daily cleaning routine was maintained. However, the room cleanliness didn't meet my expectations, and a malfunctioning bathroom pump impacted the quality of bath time. There's room for improvement in hospitality and maintenance.

The location of this hotel is about 10-15 minutes from Quincy Market in Boston and about 30 minutes from Salem. This is perfect for when I take the kids on vacation here. Being just outside both areas makes the hotel much more affordable and easy to get to both tourist areas. There’s nothing fancy about the rooms but they are clean and the service is good. What you see in the photos is what you get. Regular clean rooms in what seems to be a nice area of MA. It gives a safe feeling to those with kids. They serve hot breakfast free with your stay. There is also Sam Walker’s American Tavern which has amazing food. If you’re looking for a close restaurant, this one is walking distance. This is my go to hotel everytime I take my family on our road trip to Boston and Salem.

I am always hesitant when it comes to certain best westerns. It’s usually a hit or miss but this one was very nice! Lobby area was clean and staff was friendly. The only thing that annoyed me was they charged a different card on file, had to wait a week to get the money back so that messed me up a little bit but other then that, everything was fine. The room was very clean and front desk manager got me the things I requested so that was nice! Location wise it wasn’t the best but the building and interior was not outdated at all. Rooms looked newly renovated. I would definitely recommend staying here…I will absolutely be back!!

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world. This was hands down the WORST stay of my life. The rooms smelled like mildew, and uncleaned, beds never made properly, not even sure the sheets were ever changed, or the bathroom was ever really cleaned.. But most importantly I was - for the first time ever- concerned for my safety and well-being. There where groups of jacked up people rummaging and yelling at the hallways, slamming doors night after night, up until the early morning hours. The room smelled so bad, that I wanted to open the window to air it out, but it was impossible from the weed smell coming in. And to top it all off, there was no electricity by this morning, so showered in a dark under cold water after nights of not sleeping. NEVER staying here again!!! No safety, no security, no management, no cleaning, no service. It was honestly horrible. *Update* The hotel responsibly and sensibly refunded the stay.
